Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Orelia garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
